General Shipping Information 

  • Vogue Spas & Bathrooms uses Australia Post and Fastway Couriers to deliver all items Australia wide.
  • When your order is ready to be dispatched, we will ship in full within 1 business day.
  • All orders will require a signature upon delivery and it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone will be there to accept delivery.
  • All orders include tracking information. This will be emailed to the customer upon order being dispatched. We strongly recommend that you use the tracking service to monitor your delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be personally available or arrange an adult representative at the delivery address to accept a delivery.
  • All our items are checked for damage and missing parts prior to delivery. They are sent out in brand-new condition. It is important to thoroughly check your goods upon delivery.
  • No claim or responsibility will be accepted after 24-hours of delivery as our shipping company’s cannot guarantee any damage wasn't caused on your site or by any tradesmen that may be installing your goods. The shipping provider's insurance will only accept claims within the 24-hour period of receiving the goods. If the customer does not notify us about damage within 24-hour period, it will be deemed that goods were delivered in “brand new condition”. After 24 hours, delivery insurance is void and the customer will liable for any accidental damage.

Q. Where are goods dispatched from?

A. All goods are dispatched from our showroom located in Southport, Gold Coast, Australia.

Q. I would like to pick up order, what locations can I pick up from?

A. Pick up is only available from our showroom located in Southport, Gold Coast, Australia.

Q. I accidently selected the pick option shipping option whilst checking out. Can you change this to delivery?

A. Yes. We can do this however upon dispatch we will contact you and arrange payment for delivery.

Q. What does Processing Time mean?

A. This is the time that it takes to process order. Therefore, to estimate delivery time from day of purchase to delivery day, combine processing time + delivery time.

Q. If I select Pick Up, how will I know when I can collect order?

A. We will call you when your order is ready to collect. This will generally be around 3 to 5 business days after you place your order.

Q. Why are some prices not displayed?

A. Generally this is because there are either significant lead times or shipping costs which depends on your delivery address. The best way to confirm costs and delivery times is to use the add to quote function and submit quote request. We will get back to you within 1 business day confirm lead times and delivery charges.
